As a child, my parents were constantly fascinated (and a little concerned to be honest) by how I was always surrounded by other kids. What they came to realize is that I love people, and love being around people. I get energized from conversations with all kinds of people on all sorts of subjects. Knowing that now, I guess it’s a good thing I decided to switch from being a Computer Science major during my Freshman year in college. The fact that I took an Introduction to Psychology class and immediately fell in love was also a factor. I proceeded to get a Bachelor’s degree Psychology and a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Psychology is the study of behavior and mental processes.

Industrial-Organizational Psychology is the study behavior in work settings and the application of psychological principles to change work behavior.

Throughout my career, I have been blessed with amazing roles including College Recruiter, Admissions Director and Global Learning & Development Leader.
